How to Capitalize Titles in English
Theory:
There is no a specific rule to capitalize titles, it depends on the writer, on the writer´s intentions but, in general Always capitalize the first letter of the words, but in little words such as: and, an, the, etc. It is not necessary, just in the case that some of this word is placed first. If that is the case you have to capitalize the first letter. Take into account that TO BE and its form has to be capitalized always.
